Description 

Eagle?s HT3-NG is a gas hot food station that measures 48 inches in length, 34 inches in height, and 22-1/2 inches in width, and features three open wells. Each of the open wells measures 12-3/32 inches by 20-3/32 inches. Under each well is a heat compartment that is lined with galvanized steel and insulated with 1 inch thick fiberglass on all four sides and on the bottom. Each of the heating compartments in this steam table has its own burner that uses only 3500 BTUs per hour. These burners run on natural or propane gas and they are each controlled by their own recessed control valve that can adjust the temperature from low to medium to high. A removable galvanized steel radiation plate is included in each compartment and a gas pressure regulator is included with this commercial hot food table at no extra charge.


This Eagle brand hot food station comes with an NPT gas connection on the right control side of the table. The table body and top are constructed from 20 gauge, 430 series stainless steel and there is an under shelf that is galvanized steel. Included with this gas steam table is an 8 inch wide, 1/2" thick poly cutting board. This cutting board is mounted on stainless steel brackets on the control side of the buffet bar. A few more excellent options for your gas hot food table are top adapters, an over shelf, a roll top cover, or food pans. This NSF approved buffet table is adaptable for wet application; if wet application is chosen, a spillage pan is required. This entire commercial buffet bar sits on 1 5/8 inch in diameter galvanized tubing legs that have non-marking plastic feet. Don't forget that food and water deposits sometimes lead to rusting of stainless steel. So, be sure that you clean your stainless steel with a non-chloride cleaner and a soft cloth. When your food is not being served, it is a good idea to keep it covered to help it maintain its correct temperature. Also, if liquids are being served, stir them regularly as well.
