Description
The Eagle DHT3-120 is a 4-well electric hot food table. It measures 48"L x 30"W x 34-1/4"H. The top and body are constructed of heavy gauge type 430 stainless steel. It has beaded top openings measuring 12-3/32" x 20-3/32" in order to accomodate a 12"x20" water pan and food insert pan. This unit comes with an 8" poly cutting board 1/2" thick. It is mounted on stainless steel brackets on the control side of unit. The heating compartments are 8" deep and made of galvanized steel and insulated on all four sides and bottom with 1" fiberglass or equal. The control panel is recessed and has individual controls that offer high thru low settings per well. There is also and indicator light that remains on while unit is in operation. Each compartment is fitted with a 500 watt heating element. This unit requires 120 volts, single phase. The one phase model comes with a cord and plug while the three phase does not. This Eagle brand steam table is AGA and NSF approved. It is adaptable for wet application, but a spillage pan is required for wet application. Be sure to keep your hot food station clean to keep it looking new. To reduce the possibility of rust and pitting, water and food deposits should be cleaned off the stainless steel with a non-chloride cleaner and a soft cloth. In addition, the food holding wells should be wiped down after every use. Optional features can be purchased with this electric buffet table including a rolltop cover, tray shelves, or an adjustable undershelf.
