This Eagle HT2-NG is a 2-well dry gas Hot Food Table. It has an open base design and measures 33"L x 30"W x 34-1/4"H. The top and body are constructed from heavy gauge type 430 series stainless steel. The undershelf is made from galvanized steel. This commercial hot food table has two top openings that each measure 12 3/32 inches by 20 3/32 inches. Under each of these opening is a heat compartment that has an 8 inch deep and insulated sides and botton with 1" fiberglass. Each compartment has an individual high-output jet burner rated at 3,500 BTU each. Each burner is controlled by a high, medium, low adjustable gas valve with an adjustable pilot light. This unit operates natural or propane gas (specify at time of order). A gas pressure regulator and a removable galvanized steel radiation plate for each heating compartment is standard with every unit.

This entire Eagle buffet bar sits on 1 5/8 inch O.D. diameter galvanized tubing legs that are fitted with non-marking plastic feet. An 8" wide by 1/2" thick polycarbonate cutting board is also standard and is mounted stainless steel brackets on the control side of the table. The heating controls of this gas steam table are recessed for protection and safety. Additional options and accessories can be ordered with this gas hot food station including top adapters, food pans, an over shelf, or an adjustable under shelf. This stationary buffet table is AGA and NSF certified and is adaptable for wet application. However, if wet application is used, a spillage pan is required and may be ordered when the steam table is ordered. Be sure that your wipe down the stainless steel with a non-chloride cleaner and a soft cloth because food and water deposits can lead to rust and pitting on stainless steel. In addition, if liquids are held in the food wells it is a good idea to stir them regularly to help them keep their temperature, and lids should be placed over food products when they are not being served.
