Description
This Eagle DHT2-120 is an electric 2-well hot food table. It measures 22-1/2" x 33"L x 34-1/4"H. the top and body are constructed of heavy gauge type 430 stainless steel. It has a beaded top openings that measure 12-3/32" x 20-3/32". the heating compartments are 8" deep, made of galvanized steel and insulated on all four sides and bottom with 1" fiberglass. It has a recessed control panel, with individual infinite controls, from high to low settings. Each compartment is fitted with a 500 watt heating element. A six (6) foot cord and plug extends from the bottom right hand side of the unit on all 120 volt units. This unit comes with a polycarbonate cutting board. This commercial hot food table is adaptable for wet application, but it requires a spillage pan.
