This hot food table is the Vollrath 38119. It is electric and it requires a 240 volt, 20 amp dedicated outlet and uses at total of 3000-4000 watts per hour. This commercial steam table is made from 300 series stainless steel and it measures 75 inches in length, 32 inches in width, and 34 inches in height. It is NSF and UL approved and features five food-holding wells. These self-insulating wells each have their own brass drain valve, they will not rust or pit, and they are easily cleaned. The temperature of the wells in this buffet bar is controlled by thermostatic heat controls and the energy efficient dome heating elements concentrate the heat to the wells. The heating elements are non-stick to prevent slime and they are also cast-in for a longer life. For safety, each of the heat controls and the power switch all have mechanical guards.

This Vollrath hot food station comes with adjustable stationary legs, a NSF approved polyethylene cutting board that measures 8 inches in width and 3/8 inch thick, and a 7 inch wide plate shelf. The ten foot power cord is bottom mounted to keep it out of the way and there is also a wide, no-drip lip on the wells to keep the top surface dry. This commercial hot food table uses standard adapter plates and insets for excellent flexibility. The wells hold your food above the HACCP 'danger zone' of 140?F and the temperature is maintained when the food products and insets are used with the standard inset cover, the proper water level is maintained, and the food is stirred often. The wells of this electric steam table can hold full sized or fractional sized pans up to 6 inches deep but we recommend using pans no more than 4 inches deep. To reduce the possibility of rust and pitting, wipe down the stainless steel often with a soft cloth and a non-chloride cleaner, and wipe of the inside of the wells to remove the water deposits. You should keep your food products covered when they are not being served to help them maintain their temperature.
