A blower fan and a pan stop provide even heat distribution throughout this reach-in proffer, and the pans are hung on 1 ? inch centers. This heater cabinet has a holding capacity of 34 pans and comes with 5 inch by 1 ? inch High Tech, grey, non-marking swivel casters. Optional accessories are available including a hasp lock or a push handle.
