The CA67-PF34-CD is a Lockwood Manufacturing brand economy proofer. It requires a 120 volt, 15 amp, 1 phase dedicated outlet and comes with an 8 foot cord. This reach-in heated cabinet is stainless steel and features a clear glass door that has a magnetic latch. The temperature is adjustable to 160°F and the heat controls are super easy to use. A blower fan and a pan stop provide even heat distribution throughout this reach-in proffer, and the pans are hung on 1 ½ inch centers. This heater cabinet has a holding capacity of 34 pans and comes with 5 inch by 1 ½ inch High Tech, grey, non-marking swivel casters. Optional accessories are available including a hasp lock or a push handle. Be sure that you clean the stainless steel often with a soft cloth and a cleaner that is free from chlorides and quaternary salts to prevent rust and pitting.
