Winston?s HA4002-HL-1 is a half size, under counter holding cabinet. It requires a 120 volt, 1 phase, 20 amp dedicated breaker and is rated at 2040 watts. This heated cabinet can hold the temperature between 90?F and 180?F and has a has a food texture dial so you don?t have to guess which setting to put your food on. It is made from stainless steel and the door has a magnetic door latch and field reversible hinges, so the door can be taken off for cleaning reasons. The entire heated cabinet is insulated and it comes with four heavy-duty, non-marking casters. The inside of this portable food proofer can hold three steam table pans or six half steam table pans. The water fill is manually operated.
