Description 

This Hobart mixer-grinder has a 7.5 HP grind motor, a 1 HP mix motor, and also an 8-feet in length cord and plug power connection. This mixer-grinder hopper has a meat capacity of up to 150 pounds depending on the type of the meat. The electric controls on this unit consist of front mounted water resistant switches, magnetic contactors, dual motor overload protection, and foot switch operation capability. If the hopper lid on the machine is open, the power to the motors shut off and the lid must be in the operation position before the motors can be started. The mixing arm, conveyor screw, cylinder, and the conveyor screw drive-shaft seal and mix arm seal of this unit are removable from the mixer-grinder for cleaning. This machine consists of glass bead finished stainless steel hopper, stainless steel panels to enclose the base assembly and motors. The mixing arm, end ring, cylinder, and conveyor screw of this unit are tinned. The casters on this unit are stainless steel and nickel-chrome plated.
