The TH-23 is a True brand heated cabinet. It requires a 115 volt, 1 phase, 10 amp dedicated outlet and has a holding capacity of 23 cubic feet. This warming cabinet measures 27 inches in length, 29' inches in depth and 78' inches in height and comes with three shelves to hold your food products. It is rated at 850 watts and comes with a nine foot cord that is ready for connection into a NEMA configured outlet. The interior and the exterior front of this cabinet are both constructed form 300 series stainless steel and the ends are made from .040 anodized quality aluminum. To protect against corrosion, this heated holding cabinet utilizes a sheathed heater. It also has an adjustable dial control for low humidity application and an exterior mounted, color coded, temperature monitor. The door comes with magnetic door gaskets and the shelves are adjustable and chrome plated. Standard on this reach-in heating cabinet is a door lock , and the doors feature recessed door handles.

True's TH23 heating cabinet holds the temperature between 80?F and 200?F. The entire cabinet and the doors are foamed in place with high density, CFC free, polyurethane insulation for our environmentally friendly users. The inside of this heater cabinet has incandescent lighting for excellent visibility of food products. It is backed by a one year warranty on parts and labor and is NSF approved. Optional accessories are available including additional shelving or a bun tray rack. Because this heated cabinet is stainless steel, hard water and food deposits can lead to rust and pitting. Therefore, be sure that you clean the stainless steel often with a soft cloth and a non-chloride cleaner.
