Heated Cabinet 23 cu. ft., Glass Door, True TH23G

This heated cabinet is the True TH-23G, which requires a 115 volt, 10 amp, 1 phase dedicated outlet. It is stainless steel on the interior as well as the exterior front and door. The cabinet is mounted on a heavy-duty, galvanized, welded frame rail that is dipped in paint for protection against corrosion. The frame rail of this reach-in heated cabinet is fitted with 4 inch in diameter casters and the front casters feature brakes. The ends and back are made from anodized quality aluminum and the heater is sheathed for protection against corrosion as well. Fluorescent interior lighting lights up the food products in this heated cabinet, and the cabinet also has a manual humidity control . The glass door on this heater cabinet extends the full width of the cabinet, the door gaskets are all one piece, and the door handle is recessed. The glass on the glass door is triple pane thermal insulated glass with an extruded aluminum frame. This entire glass door heating cabinet is insulated with CFC free, foamed-in-place, polyurethane insulation.

Inside of this warming cabinet are three adjustable, chrome plated shelves that can each hold up to 250 pounds. The shelves are supported on pilasters made of stainless steel, and each shelf has four chrome plated shelf clips. The temperature inside of this reach-in heating cabinet is adjustable between 80°F and 200°F and the heating system is rated at 850 watts. This True heated cabinet is backed by a one year warranty on parts and labor and is NSF approved. Don’t forget to clean the stainless steel regularly with a non-chloride cleaner and a soft cloth to help reduce the possibility of rust and pitting.
