Description 

This half-size, single-deck gas convection oven comes equipped with 25,000 BTU per hour, per section. The controls on this unit are recessed on the oven in the front of the right hand side. The temperature dial on this unit ranges from 150 degrees to 500 degrees. A three position switch has an off,on switch which energizes the blower and burner, and also a cool down switch which energizes only the blower. Each oven cavity on this convection oven has three signal lights: power on, no ignition, and heat. The unit also has a one hour dial timer with a buzzer. An interlock switch shuts off the blower motor and the burners on this machine when the door is opened. The tubular heat exchanger is located on the right side of the oven cavity. The outer shell of this convection oven is reinforced sheet steel furnished with stainless steel front, sides, top, and back. Insulation is also on the top, rear, sides, bottom, and the door of the machine. The full-height door on this unit opens 180 degrees to the left. The door also has a large-pane window and a cool-to-the-touch handle.
