Description 

This half-size propane gas convection oven comes equipped with a 1/3 HP blower motor and requires only 25,000 BTU per hour per section of gas. The fan motor is permanently lubricated which eliminates routine motor maintenance. The tubular heat exchanger for this machine is located on the right side of the oven cavity. Each section of the oven has full-time venting. An interlock switch shuts off the blower motor and the burners when the door is opened. The controls for this unit are recessed and on the oven's right side. The temperature dial ranges from 150 degrees to 500 degrees. This convection oven has a 3-position switch which has off, on which energizes the blower and the burner and the cool down switch which energizes only the blower. Each oven cavity has three signal lights which are power on, no ignition, and heat. The convection oven has a one hour dial timer with a buzzer. The motor has thermal protection against burning up. The no ignition light illuminates the unlikely event that the gas might fail to light.
