Description 

This half-size propane gas convection oven comes with two sections and stands on 16-5/8'' legs. This convection oven only requires 25,000 BTU per hour per section and there is a tubular heat exchanger that is located on the right side of the oven's cavity. The rated power input for the blower motor and the controls is .95 KW per section. The temperature dial on this unit ranges from 150 degrees to 500 degrees. This unit has a 3-position switch which are off, on which energizes the blower and the burner, and the cool down switch which energizes only the blower. Each oven cavity has three signal lights which are power on, no ignition, and also heat. There is a one hour dial timer with a buzzer on this unit. An interlock switch shuts off the blower motor and the burners when the door of this convection oven is opened. The outer shell of this unit is reinforced sheet steel and is furnished with stainless steel front, sides, top and back. The full-height door of this machine opens a full 180 degrees to the left. The door also has a large-pane window and a cool-to-the-touch handle.
