Description 

This Hobart half-size single section on an open stand with 6'' legs natural gas convection oven comes equipped with a 1/3 HP blower motor and requires only 25,000 BTU per hour per section. A tubular heat exchanger is located on the right side of the oven cavity. The rated power input of this convection oven is .95 KW per section. Each section is furnished with a 62 inch, 120 volt power cord. The temperature dial of this unit ranges from 150 degrees to 500 degrees and also has a one hour dial timer with a buzzer. There is a 3-position switch that has an off, on switch which energizes the blower and the heater and a cool down switch which energizes only the blower. Each oven cavity has three signal lights which are power on, no ignition, and also heat. An interlock switch on the machine shuts off the blower motor and the burners when the door is opened. This machine has one full-height door that opens 180 degrees to the left. The door on this convection oven has a large-pane window and a cool-to-the-touch handle.
