Description 

This half size Hobart electric convection oven has one full-height door that opens 180 degrees to the left. The door has a large-pane window and a cool-to-the-touch handle. The controls to this unit are located on the right front section of the oven. The temperature is controlled by an electronic thermostat that ranges from off to 150-500 degrees. This unit has a three position switch that is off, on which energizes the blower and the heating elements and the cool down switch which energizes the blower. Each oven cavity has two signal lights and a one hour dial time with a buzzer. The power to the heating elements are handled by a long life mercury relay. Each section of the Hobart convection oven has a full-time venting. An electrical interlock de-energizes the blower and the heating elements as soon as the door is opened. This unit also comes in 3 Phase.
