Description 

This Hobart half-size electric convection oven comes equipped with 240 volts and a 1/2 HP two speed blower motor. The controls of the oven are recessed on the right front of the unit and the units temperature is controlled by an electronic thermostat. The temperature dial ranges from off to 150 degrees to 500 degrees. This unit has a three position switch which are off and on which energizes the blower and the heating elements and also a cool down switch which energizes the blower. Each cavity of the convection oven has two signal lights which are power on and oven ready. This machine also has a one hour dial timer with a buzzer. Each section of the convection oven has full-time venting. On this convection oven, there is an electric interlock that de-energizes the blower and the heating elements when the door is opened. The outer shell of this unit is reinforced sheet steel furnished with stainless steel front, top, and the back. The full-height door on this convection oven opens 180 degrees to the left and has a large-pane window. The door also has a cool-to-the-touch handle and a durable mechanical door latch.
