Grill 36'', Gas Countertop w/ Grill Plate, Toastmaster TMDG36

The Toastmaster TMDG-36 is an efficient and adaptable countertop gas griddle. It is 36 inches in width, 25 ½ inches in depth and comes with a ¾ inch high, flat top, polished, rolled, steel griddle plate. The front and top rail of this gas grill is stainless steel and the rear and sides are made from aluminized steel. It comes with a four inch high rear and side splash guard that protects against grease and spills and four inch adjustable steel legs. The three burners inside of this commercial gas grill are U shaped and each has their own standing pilot. Each burner also has its own individual control knob for adjustable flame height. This gas grill is very economical because each burner in it uses only 35,000 BTUs per hour with natural gas and 30,000 BTUs per hour with propane gas. Included with this restaurant grill is a ¾ inch rear gas connection and universal pressure regulator.

This Toastmaster gas griddle is UL and NSF approved and has a one year warranty on parts and labor (U.S. only). There are no electrical requirements but this grill should be installed in a non-combustible location only. To prevent food from sticking to the cooking plate you can dip your food products in seasoned oil before cooking them and preheat the burners before every use. To save money with your gas griddle, be sure that you only preheat the griddle to the temperature that you are going to cook at and use only the space necessary to cook. After using your commercial griddle you should scrape the top cooking plate clean and wipe off the stainless steel with a soft cloth and a cleaner that is free of chlorides and quaternary salts to reduce the possibility of rust and pitting.
