The Star Manufacturing, GR14IT is a two sided, high quality, electric griddle that can grill steaks, chicken, eggs, bacon, pancakes, hash brown, and much more. The body is made from 18 gauge stainless steel and the grilling plates are made from heavy duty cast iron to allow a long life of the griddle as well as superior performance. This grill has a counter balance hinge system that leads to safe and easy operation of the top grilling plate, and a spacious grilling height that allows grilling of products up to three inches. An on/off switch on this restaurant griddle has three positions to allow the operation of the bottom cooking plate only.
