Description
The Eagle T3072GS is a griddle equipment stand. It measures 30-3/8" W x 72-3/8"L x 25-1/4" H. This equipment stand features a highly-polished 16 gauge type 304 stainless steel top with 1-1/4" upturnon rear and both ends. The undershelf and legs are constructed of heavy gauge galvanized steel. Options include zinc casters that are heavy duty and resilient tread, a hardwood cutting board, or a plate shelf. The plate shelf must be ordered in conjunction with the hardwood cutting board.
This Eagle equipment table is designed for light to medium duty cooking equipment only. Also, hard water and food deposits have a tendency to lead to rust and pitting on stainless steel. Therefore, you should clean the stainless steel regularly with a non-chloride cleaner and a soft cloth.
