This Achiever series gas griddle is Wolf?s AGM72. It requires either natural or propane gas and has a welded body made from aluminized and stainless steel. The grilling plate of this gas grill is a ? inch thick plate made from polished steel. It is heated by six aluminized steel ?U? shaped burners that use a total of 180,000 BTUs per hour. One infinite heat control valve controls each burner, so you can cook six different foods all at the same time with your commercial griddle. A large capacity stainless steel grease drawer and a stainless steel grease trough are included with this grill to make cleaning hassle free.

A ? inch rear gas connection and a gas pressure regulator come standard with this stainless steel gas grill. It requires a 6 inch side and rear clearance from both combustible and non-combustible materials. This restaurant griddle is also NSF and CSA certified and is backed by a one year limited warranty on parts and labor. Don?t forget to clean the stainless steel often with a non-chloride cleaner and a soft cloth to prevent rust and pitting. The griddle plate needs to be cleaned after every use as well. Some optional features that can be ordered with this gas grill include a towel bar, a full width cutting board, a rear grease trough, or even a chrome plated cooking plate.
