This Wolf?s AGM60 is an Achiever series gas griddle that runs on natural or propane gas, and it is excellent for grilling eggs, bacon, pancakes, hash browns, chicken, vegetables, and hamburgers. It measures 60 inches in width, 33 inches in depth, and 15 ? inches in height and sits on 4 inch adjustable legs, so it is perfect for cramped kitchens wanting to expand their menu. This gas grill has a fully welded body that is made from aluminized and stainless steel, and the front, sides, and 4 inch front top ledge are all stainless steel. Welded onto the body is a ? inch thick, polished steel grilling plate that has a stainless steel back splash and tapered sides to prevent grease from spattering and spilling. The griddle plate on this commercial gas grill is heated by 5 ?U? shaped burners made from aluminized steel. These burners are rated at a total of 150,000 BTUs per hour, and each burner is controlled by its own infinite heat control valve, so you can grill multiple foods at once to save time.

Besides being energy and time efficient, this Wolf restaurant gas grill has some excellent features that making cleaning a breeze. There is a 3 ? inch wide stainless steel grease trough and a 6 7/8 inch wide, 30 inch deep, 2 ? inch high stainless steel grease drawer. This commercial griddle also comes with a ? inch rear gas connection and a gas pressure regulator at no extra charge. A 6 inch clearance from combustible and non-combustible materials is required on both the sides and the rear of this grill. Optional features can be ordered such as a towel rack, longer legs, a chrome-plated cooking surface, or even a full width cutting board. Be sure that you clean off the stainless steel often with a non-chloride cleaner and a soft cloth to prevent the possibility of rust and pitting. The griddle plate needs to be cleaned after every use as well.
