The AGM48 is one of Wolf?s many Achiever series gas griddle that's perfect for grilling eggs, bacon, pancakes, hash browns, chicken, and vegetables. It runs on natural or propane gas and comes with a ? inch rear gas connection and a gas pressure regulator. This grill utilizes a ? inch thick, polished steel grilling plate which is welded to the stainless steel back and the tapered side splash guards. The front, sides, and 4 inch front top ledge of this gas grilling machine are stainless steel, and the body is made from welded stainless and aluminized steel for long lasting durability. There are four ?U? shaped burners heating the grilling plate, and each of these aluminized steel burners is rated at 30,00 BTUs per hour. An infinite heat control valve controls each burner in this countertop gas griddle, so you can grill a variety of foods at different temperatures, all at the same time. For easy clean-up, there is also a 3 ? inch wide stainless steel grease trough and a stainless steel grease drawer that measures 6 7/8 inches in width, 30 inches in depth, and 2 ? inches in height.

Because this Wolf gas griddle is stainless steel, it should be cleaned regularly with a non-chloride cleaner and a soft cloth to prevent rust and pitting. The griddle plate should be cleaned after every use as well, which will help prevent flavor transfer. Optional features may be purchased with this grill including a full width cutting board, a towel rack, a chrome plated cooking surface, or even longer legs. Be sure that you allow a 6 inch clearance from combustible and non-combustible materials on the rear and sides.
