A 3/4 inch thick, polished steel griddle plate is welded onto the stainless steel back splash and tapered sides of this grill. The body frame is made from stainless and aluminized steel and the front, sides, and 4 inch front top ledge are all stainless steel. This entire restaurant gas griddle measures 36 inches in width, 33 inches in depth, and 15 1/2 inches in height on its 4 inch adjustable legs. The grilling plate is heated by three ?U? burners that use a total of 90,000 BTUs per hour. Each burner in this countertop gas grill is made from aluminized steel and is controlled by its own heat control valve. For super easy cleaning, there is even a 3 1/2 inch wide grease trough and a 6 7/8 inch wide, 30 inch deep, 2 1/2 inch high stainless steel grease drawer.

Optional features are available with this stainless steel grill including longer legs, a chrome plated cooking surface, a towel rack, or a full width cutting board. Be sure that your clean off the cooking plate after every use to prevent flavor transfer. Also, the stainless steel needs to be wiped down regularly with a non-chloride cleaner and a soft cloth to reduce the possibility of rust and pitting.
