This countertop gas griddle is Therma-Tek?s TC60G, which requires natural or propane gas. It is a ? inch wide, polished steel griddle plate that is heated by 5 ?H? burners. Each burner is rated at 30,000 BTUs per hour (150,000 BTU total) and has its own individual control valve. Also in this gas grill is a spatula wide grease trough and a large capacity grease can that has an integral lid. The entire exterior of this griddle is stainless steel and it should be cleaned often with a soft cloth and a chloride free cleaner to help prevent rust and pitting.

There are four inch adjustable legs that hold this Therma-Tek griddle. Also included at no extra charge is a gas pressure regulator and a ? inch NPT gas connection. A one year limited warranty on parts and labor backs this restaurant gas grill, and it is also UL approved. Optional features are available including a thicker griddle plate and a stainless steel equipment stand with a bottom shelf that comes in an array of sizes. This gas grill requires a 6 inch side and 12 inch back clearance from combustible materials. Be sure that you clean off the griddle plate after each use to keep your grill in its excellent shape.
