Griddle 24'', Gas, Star 624MD

The Star’s 624-MD is a flat top gas griddle that out-cooks its competitors, no matter what meal of the day it is cooking. It is designed for experienced chefs that like manual controls and utilizes a standing pilot ignition system. There are two U shaped burners in this grill that use a total of 40,000 BTUs per hour and each burner is controlled by a separate heat valve. This commercial griddle has a welded, durable body and a stainless steel front. The 3/4 inch thick, polished, steel cooking plate is extremely energy efficient and provides superior heat distribution, and is welded onto the body for long lasting cooking. For safety, this gas grill has bull nose front and there is a 4 1/2 inch high tapered splash guard to protect against grease and spills. It also features a spatula-wide, 3 1/4 inch, front grease trough and a 4 1/2 quart stainless steel grease drawer that are both quite simple to clean.

This Star gas griddle comes with a 3/4 inch NPT rear gas connection and a convertible pressure regulator. It has four inch adjustable legs and is 24 inches in width, 27 3/4 inches in depth, and 15 1/2 inches in height. There is a one year warranty on parts and labor backing this commercial grill and it is also UL approved. To protect the long-term investment of this industrial griddle, wipe the stainless steel with a non-chloride cleaner and a soft cloth and use a scraper to clean the flat top cooking plate after every use.
