Griddle 16'', Electric Flat Top, Anvil FTA7016

The FTA7016 is an Anvil brand, light duty, concession, electric griddle that can grill eggs, bacon, hash browns, pancakes, and chicken. It measures 16 inches in width, 21 inches in depth and 10 inches in height. This commercial grill is constructed from stainless steel and contains a ½ inch thick griddle plate that is welded to the base for extra durability. This cooking surface is designed for high heat retention and this grill is capable of cooking a large variety of foods. For excellent grilling, this portable griddle rapidly heats up to the optimal cooking temperature and it is constructed to ensure even heat distribution throughout the entire cooking surface. It is easy to control the temperature, which is thermostatically controlled up to 570ºF. There is a grease trough inside of this restaurant grill that drains the grease into the grease collection drawer, so clean up is a breeze. To prevent grease splatters and spills, there is also a backsplash.

This Anvil electric griddle has a stainless steel top skirt to protect against rust and scratches. It comes with four inch polished legs and is prewired to fit into a NEMA configured outlet. This grill can cook up to 200 burgers per hour and and uses only 1.8 KWH. It is also NSF and UL compliant and backed by a one year warranty on parts and labor. It has some requirements such as:

• 6-10 days for delivery
• electrical 110 volts, 60 hz, 1 phase
• stainless steel should be cleaned regularly with soft cloth and non-chloride cleaner
• griddle plate should be cleaned after every use.
