Description 

The T-24-GC is a one solid lid glass and plate chiller. It can hold up to 90 8 inch mugs or 85 10 ounce steins. The cabinet measures 24 3/4 inches in length, 26 5/8 inches in depth, and 33 3/8 inches in height. The front and sides are made out of heavy duty, wear resistant, laminated black vinyl, the back is black aluminum, and the counter top and lid are both stainless steel. The welded frame rail is dipped in rust inhibiting enamel inside and out to protect against corrosion, and the entire cabinet structure is foamed-in-pace with high density, CFC free, polyurethane insulation. The refrigeration system in this glass and plate froster uses 404A refrigerant that is CFC free to maintain a temperature of 0�F and below. The evaporator coil is 1/8 inches in diameter wider than factory standards to provide a faster pull down of product temperatures and a quicker recovery time. The higher horsepower compressor gives shorter run times while also lowering energy consumption and the automatic defrost system is time-initiated and time-terminated. To provide a balanced temperature throughout the whole cabinet of this restaurant plate and glass chiller, there is a forced-air cooling, positively guided airflow. Some more extras are the over sized condenser and large condenser coil, which dissipates heat faster for a more efficient refrigeration cycle. A sealed, self-lubricating, epoxy coated, evaporator fan motor is used in this plate and glass froster that has a life expectancy of 15-20 years. This evaporator motor, along with the large fan blades, insure shorter run times and a low velocity, high volume airflow design. Don't forget that the condenser coil and the fan blades have to be cleaned every thirty days to minimize service expenses and lower electrical costs. You can clean the coil and the fan blades with a stiff bristle brush. If your glass and plate chiller is outside though, remember to blow CO2 through the condenser from the fin to the fan side after you clean the coil and blades.

Inside this True chiller/froster is two PVC coated, wire shelves that measure 10 1/4 inches in length and 19 5/16 inches in depth. Each shelf is 10 millimeters thick and is adjustable on 1/2 inch increments. Included with this industrial plate and glass froster is a 9 foot cord that is completely ready for final connection into a 115 volt NEMA configured outlet. This True froster is NSF-7 compliant for pre-packaged and bottled products and the interior is made of long lasting, durable, galvanized steel. There is a one year warranty on all parts and labor and a five year warranty on the compressor. Optional features can be ordered as well, such as additional shelves, floor racks, or even a ratchet lock.
