This gas conveyor oven is the Star Manufacturing UM-1854. It runs on either natural or propane gas and perfect for food service establishments with limited space. This commercial oven has an 18 inch wide stainless steel conveyor belt and 28 inch baking chamber, and the belt is 54 inches to provide easy handling of products for mass production. The front access door is hinged and the nozzle plates can be changed in seconds and cleaned just as easily. This gas pizza oven uses hot air pressure; the air impingement seals in moisture and flavor and the airflow design bakes more evenly than traditional ovens.
The auxiliary fan in this conveyor gas oven pulls air from outside into the control box to keep the key components cooler and extend their life. This oven saves you money too, because there is no separate cooling fan in the control compartment. The controls on this commercial oven are electronic with LED display, so they help set the temperature more accurately and change the belt direction depending on your operational needs. The burners in this conveyor gas oven are stainless steel and they use a total of only 40,000 BTUs per hour. These conveyor ovens are also able to be stacked on top of each other so they can save your kitchen a lot of space. Optional accessories are available with this gas oven including a floor model stand, a quick connect hose, or nozzle plates. This conveyor oven is UL approved and is backed by a one year warranty on parts and labor.
