This funnel cake maker is extremely versatile and makes four 8 inch in diameter funnel cakes, two large diameter elephant ears, or 12 French waffles. It is rated at 5500 watts and can make 100 funnel cakes per hour. The average size of the funnel cakes that this electric fryer produces are 22-1/2 inches in width and 17-1/4 inches in depth. The cooking surface of this funnel cake fryer is 21 inches by 15-3/4 inches.
