The Vollrath 68370 is a full sized bun pan that measures 25 3/4 inches in width, 17 3/4 inches in length, and 1 inch in height. It is a closed bead pan that is made in USA, and it is made from impact resistant 3004 aluminum. The tapered design of this cookie sheet makes stacking pans a breeze. This aluminum pan is sized to fit standard baker's racks and its concave bottom flattens during heating to ensure even heat distribution. The closed bead of this cookie sheet includes a galvanized non-rusting rod for extra reinforcement as well.

Remove all of the labels and adhesive from this bun pan and wash it in hot soapy water before using it. Never leave it on a heat surface without foods on it and allow the cookie sheet to cool before washing it to prevent burning yourself and warping the pan. This aluminum pan, just like all other Vollrath cookware, should be washed by hand every time. Washing pots and pans by hand keeps them looking better and makes them last longer. Salt solutions, bleaches, disinfectants, and acidic products should not be stored on this aluminum cookware because these products lead to corrosion.
