Description
This electric countertop fryer has a swing-up element that is located below the baskets and allows for easy removal of the fry pot for cleaning. The fryers element is heavy-duty, stainless steel with low watt density for longer oil life. The removable fry pot is made of nickel-plated steel and is simple to use and easy to clean. This fryer has a single fry pot that has a 15 pound fat capacity, thermostatic controls, steel fry pot, stainless steel exterior finish, dual half size baskets, 4'' adjustable legs, a temperature control system, and a cordset.
