Description
This Hobart fryer comes equipped with 480 volts and 17 KW low watt density ribbon style heating elements. This fry tank holds up to 50 pounds of fry compound and also features twin fry baskets with plastic coated handles. This unit has solid state temperature controls that adjust from 200 degrees to 390 degrees. This fryer has multiple fat modes, fast recovery, boil out mode, and two countdown timers. The construction of this Hobart fryer is stainless steel front and sides and mounts on 6'' adjustable nickel plated, noncorrosive legs. The fry tank is constructed of 16 gauge stainless steel. All models require a 6'' clearance at both sides and rear adjacent to combustible construction.
