The GF14 is a Frymaster brand gas fryer that is perfect for frying all the food products on your menu. It runs on either natural or propane gas and has no electrical requirements. This commercial deep fryer is NSF, CSA, and AGA certified and it comes with a ½ inch NPT rear gas connection. It measures 40.51 inches in height, 15.88 inches in width, and 28.11 inches in depth and has a 35 lb. frypot that has the capacity to hold between 30 and 40 lbs. of shortening. The open frypot on this heavy duty gas fryer has no tubes and features a large heat transfer area to fry more food products per load. It can fry up to 65 lbs. of frozen french fries in one hour in its 12 inch by 15 inch frying area. This restaurant fryer also has a huge cold zone that catches crumbs and sediments and holds them so that they don’t carbonize, contaminate the shortening, or cling to the fried products.


This Frymaster all purpose gas fryer has a stainless steel door, a stainless steel frypot, and two heavy gauge fry baskets that have insulated handles. The burner systems has millivolt controls and Master Jet burners that have no tubes. This fryer machine uses 100,000 BTUs per hour and it also features a 1 ¼ inch IPS ball drain valve. For ease of cleaning, the frypot and the cold zone can be completely cleaned and wiped down by hand. There are no air shutters that have to be adjusted and no burner radiants that you have to worry about burning out. This heavy duty gas fryer is backed by a one year warranty on parts and labor and a five year warranty on the stainless steel frypot. It requires a six inch clearance on the sides and rear from combustible materials. Optional accessories can be ordered with this gas deep fryer such as a frypot cover and a sediment tray.


When cooking with your deep fryer, it is important to fry foods with minimum moisture and wipe off the condensation around the fryer because oil and water do not mix. Also, you must filter your cooking oil to reduce the possibility of burned crusts and under cooking. Be sure not to set the temperature too high on your fryer because this speeds up the breakdown of the shortening.
