Pitco’s 35C+S is a commercial deep fryer that runs on natural or propane gas and requires a 120 volt or a 240 volt, 1 phase dedicated breaker. Its cabinet door and front are stainless steel and the back and sides are galvanized steel. This gas fryer has a standing pilot ignition system that provides a flame when heat is needed and it allows the thermostat to maintain the selected temperature between 200°F and 400°F. An excellent thing about this restaurant fryer is that if the pilot flame extinguishes, the gas control valve shuts off the gas flow, and it also prevents gas from flowing to the burner until the pilot is on. For safety reasons, if the temperature of the fryer goes above its limit, a temperature limit switch shuts off the gas flow to the fryer.

The integrated control valve acts as a manual and automatic pilot valve, a pressure regulator, a gas filter, and an automatic main valve.
