This Anets SLG40 is a commercial gas fryer that has a stainless steel door, backsplash, and basket hanger. It comes with two nickel plated baskets and is excellent for frying chicken, onion rings, poppers, fries, shrimp, and much more. It has a cold zone that catches crumbs and food particles to prevent them from carbonizing or contaminating the cooking oil. For easy access and serviceability, all the components in this gas deep fryer are accessible and replaceable from the front. The heating system in this fryer uses two burner tubes that are equip with computer designed radiants and the tubes are shaped to allow easy access to all areas of the frypot. This commercial fryer has in input of 90,000 BTUs per hour and the elliptical tubes provide 14% more heat transfer than competing models. To prevent clogging, there is a large, 1 ¼ inch ball type, full port drain valve.


This deep frying machine has a shortening capacity of 40 lbs. and a frying are that measures 14 inches by 14 ½ inches. The thermostat utilizes snap action millivolt control and this gas fryer comes with a ¾ inch NPT gas connection and a gas pressure regulator at no extra charge. This Anets deep fryer comes with a flue extension, a drain pipe extension, and it sits on six inch legs. It is backed by a one year warranty on parts and labor and the frypot is backed by a five year warranty. This restaurant fryer is NSF, ETL, and CETL certified. Optional features and accessories may be ordered with it including single or triple baskets, and casters. To protect this long term investment, we advise you to clean out the cool zone often and wipe down the frypot. Also, to protect the stainless steel against rust and pitting, you should wipe off the stainless steel with a non-chloride cleaner and a soft cloth. Be sure that you filter your cooking oil to protect your food from becoming burned or undercooked. In addition, don’t set the temperature too high on your gas fryer because the higher the temperature, the faster the shortening breaks down.
