It measures 11 inches in width, 19 inches in depth, and 11 inches in height and it requires a 220 volt, 15 amp dedicated outlet. This countertop fryer can cook up to 17 lbs. of french fries in just one hour and it comes with one cooking oil tank and two half size frying baskets that are made of tin plated steel wire. This catering fryer uses only 2.5 KWH so it is quite economical and it can grill a variety of foods including shrimp, chicken and seafood. It is composed of an element box that the cooking oil tank sits in, and this element box is stainless steel, hinged, and removable for ease of cleaning. For fast food production, this light duty fryer reaches frying temperatures quite fast and it maintains its heat levels very well. For safety reasons, the fryer automatically cuts off at 410°F, it shuts down if the fryer overheats, and it shuts down if the element box is removed. For easy cleaning, the cooking oil tank has handles and is removable, and the tilt up head is specially designed for easy removal of cooking oil.
This restaurant fryer is made of stainless steel and it is backed by a one year warranty on parts and labor. It is also NSF and UL approved. To keep your fryer looking new, it is a good idea to wipe down the stainless steel with a non-chloride cleaner and a soft cloth. The wire baskets should also be cleaned often and the cooking oil should be filtered too. When cooking foods in your deep fryer, try not to fry foods that have a lot of moisture because water and oil do not mix.
