The 67912 is a Vollrath aluminum fry pan that is made from 3004 aluminum. It measures 2 1/2 inches in height, 12 inches in diameter on the top, and 9 3/4 inches in diameter on the bottom. The permanently bonded, rubber, silicone handle is black and it has a large hanging loop for easy storage. This aluminum fry pan is oven safe up to 450?F and it is NSF approved and USA made. The sloped sides of the pan prevent steam from forming in the pan, and the curved side walls make stirring and sliding food out of the pan really easy. Be sure that before you use your GatorGrip fry pan that you season it. You can season your fry pan, and all your other cookware, by applying vegetable oil or a small amount of shortening. Then, place the pan on a burner that is set on medium heat and leave the pan there for 5-10 minutes or until light smoke or heat waves appear. Then, remove the pan and allow the oil/shortening to cool. After that, you can remove the oil/shortening by dumping it out or wiping it out with a paper towel. Your cookware is now ready for cooking, and cleaning you pan after each use with a mild soapy solution will not affect the seasoning.

Be sure that your remove any labels or stickers from your Vollrath fry pan before you use it, and make sure you hand wash it after it cools, every time you use it. Never leave any cookware on a heated surface without food or liquids inside, and always use rubber, wooden, or plastic utensils. Here's another tip from us: salt solutions, bleaches, and acidic products like tomatoes can corrode cookware. Therefore, never store these products inside of your cookware and try to avoid your cookware from being exposed to them for too long. If your aluminum cookware is discolored, you can clean it by boiling water with cream of tartar for about 10 minutes. Add two tablespoons of cream of tartar for each quart of water.
