Description 

This Hobart food processor is compact and designed at a 50 degree angle for operator convenience. The small base on this machine takes up minimal counter space. There is also a handle located on the back of the food processor for moving the machine around easily. The housing of the unit is constructed of anodized aluminum with rubber feet on the base to prevent movement or skidding. The removable top is constructed of burnished aluminum. The cylindrical feed hopper, pusher, and the deflector plate are constructed of acetal thermoplastic. This unit is equipped with a 1/2 HP motor and has an easy to operate on/off switch. This food processor comes standard with a deflector plate, decoring screw, and the cleaning brush. The production capacity of this Hobart machine is 750 pounds per hour.
