This Hobart food processor comes standard with a 2 HP two speed motor and also has a gear transmission. This unit can process up to 90 pounds per minute and has a triple hopper/cover interlock. The plates on this unit are interchangeable with the FP350 and are constructed of stainless steel blades with aluminum frames. This machine comes with a 6 foot, 3 conductor power cord and is furnished with a NEMA L15-20P locking type plug as well. The base of this unit has two stationary front legs and two rear legs with casters on them for the ease of mobility. This unit also has lockable controls and tamper resistant fasteners.
