This Hobart food processor comes equipped with a two-speed motor and a gear transmission. This unit also comes with a triple hopper and a cover that interlocks. This food processor processes up to 90 pounds per minute. This unit has two stationary front legs and two rear legs that have casters for easy mobility. The plates on this food processor are interchangeble with the FP350 and are constructed of stainless steel blades with aluminum frames. The housing of this unit is made out of anodized case aluminum.
