Description 

This Hobart food cutter comes equipped with a 1 HP motor and is heavy-duty for the most demanding operations. This machine has an on/off switch that is mechanically interlocked with the bowl cover so that the switch cannot be operated unless the bowl cover is locked down in position. The knives on this food cutter rotate at 1725 RPM's and the blades are secured to a hub as a unit, which can be removed from the knife shaft without any change of the knife clearance being adjusted. The bowl's inside diameter is 18'' and is made out of a single piece of stainless steel. The bowl cover is a one-piece burnished aluminum casting and is carefully fitted to the top of the bowl. This food cutter comes equipped with a 18'' stainless steel bowl, a cutlery grade stainless steel knife with a stainless steel knife comb, and 3'' stainless steel legs with rubber feet.
