This Hobart food cutter is a maximum correctional package (115/60/1, 230/60/1, and 208/60/1 with attachment hub only). This food cutter comes equipped with a 1 HP heavy-duty motor. The on/off switch on this machine is mechanically interlocked with the bowl cover so that the switch can't be operated unless the bowl cover is locked down. The knives on this unit rotate at 1725 RPM's and the blades are secured to a hub which may be removed from the knife shaft without changing the knife clearance. The bowl to this food cutter is 18'' in diameter and is stainless steel. The bowl cover is one-piece of burnished aluminum casting and is fitted to the top of the bowl and can be removed for easy cleaning. The base is made out of one-piece burnished aluminum casting with a platted steel bottom cover. This food cutter consists of a 18'' stainless steel bowl, cutlery grade stainless steel knives with a stainless steel knife combo, and 3'' stainless steel legs with rubber feet. The attachment hub has a speed of 256 RPM's and accommodates all Hobart no. 12 size attachments.
