Description 

This 20 RPM Hobart foot cutter comes standard with a 1 HP, single-phase motor that is heavy-duty and is used to meet the most demanding operations. This machine has an on/off switch that is mechanically interlocked with a bowl cover so that the switch can't be operated unless the bowl cover is locked down in position. The inside diameter of the stainless steel bowl is 18'' and the bowl rotates at 20 RPM's. The bowl cover is a one-piece burnished aluminum casting and is carefully fitted to the top of the bowl. The knives on this food cutter rotate at 1725 RPM's and the blades are secured to a hub as a unit which can be removed from the knife shaft without any changing of the knife clearance. The standard equipment that comes with this food cutter is the 18'' stainless steel bowl, cutlery grade stainless steel knives with a stainless steel knife comb, and 3'' stainless steel legs with rubber feet.
