Description 

This Hobart food cutter comes standard with a 18'' stainless steel bowl, double cutlery grade stainless steel knives with stainless steel knife combo, and also 3'' stainless steel legs with rubber feet. This food cutter comes equipped with a heavy-duty 1 HP motor and will meet the most demanding operations. The on/off switch on this machine is interlocked with the bowl cover so that the switch cannot be operated unless the bowl cover is locked in position. The stainless steel bowl on this unit is 18'' in diameter and rotates at 20 RPM's. The bowl cover is a one-piece burnished aluminum casting and is carefully fitted to the top of the bowl. The knives on this unit rotate at 1725 RPM's and the blades are secured to a hub as a unit, which can be removed from the knife shaft without adjusting the knife clearance. The base is made out of one-piece burnished aluminum casting with plated steel bottom cover with total enclosure.
