Includes the standard accessory package - a 60 quart stainless steel mixing bowl, beater, wire whip, and dough hook. A five-speed gear driven transmission ensures consistent performance and minimum downtime under heavy loads. Shift-on-the-FlyTM controls allows the operator to change speeds while the mixer is running for added flexibility. Patented Soft Start agitation technology in every speed ensures a soft transition in the next higher speed to reduce the chances of product splash-out, for increased sanitation and less cleanup time. A convenient 50 minute SmartTimerTM supports recipe mixing times to provide accurate results and eliminate overmixing. Automatic Time Recall remembers the last time set for each speed for increased productivity and consistency - great for multiple batches! An easy-to-operate electric Power Bowl Lift allows the operator to raise or lower the bowl with simple fingertip control. Ergonomic swing-out bowl allows for easy loading and unloading of products, and single point bowl installation means mounting and removing the bowl is a snap. For protection, a safety interlock prevents mixer operation when the front portion of the stainless steel bowl guard is out of position, helping to prevent serious injuries.Powered by a 2.7 hp high torque switched reluctance motor. Transmission gears and shafts are constructed of heat-treated hardened alloy steel along with anti-friction ball bearings, and are lubricated with circulating oil and grease. Transmission reaches agitator speeds of 36 RPM in Stir, 71 RPM in First, 123 RPM in Second, 206 RPM in Third, and 362 RPM in Fourth. Neoprene footpads are standard.
