Description
This floor mixer is the Univex SRM30+. It is NSF and UL approved and requires a 115 volt, 15 amp dedicated outlet. This electric mixer measures 20 7/16 inches in width, 44 5/8 inches in height, and 32 15/16 inches in depth. It has a holding capacity of 36 quarts, momentary start and stop buttons, and a 15 minute timer with a HOLD. There is a variable speed transmission inside of this floor mixer provides four locked-in speeds and in-between speeds as well. For ease of operation, the speed on this mixer may be changed without having to stop the mixer.
Univex?s dough mixer is excellent for the use of high volume, small batch operations. It comes with a two-piece, stainless steel, removable Swing Ring Safety Guard that swings apart for easy access to the bowl. Its two parts can be removed and they fit quite easily into the dishwasher. Also included with this food mixer is a #12 power take off, a heavy-duty stainless steel mixing bowl, a 15 minute timer, and three mixing agitators. For extra durability with tough mixes, there is also a rugged gear/belt drive system in this dough mixer. The stainless steel on this mixer should be cleaned often with a soft cloth and a non-chloride cleaner to reduce the possibility of rust and pitting. This mixer is rated at 60 watts and is backed by a one year on site parts and labor warranty that covers any flaws in material and workmanship.
