Description
This 36" Lang cheesemelter is electric and has quartz heaters. Body is constructed of stainless steel front, top, sides, and an aluminized steel back panel. It is equipped with an adjustable 4-position chrome plated wire rack. Large front opening allows fast and easy plate access. Heat indicator light lets you know when cheesemelter is in use. This unit is plate activated once dish is placed onto rack. This feature helps save time, energy and eliminates pre-heating. Wall brackets are included. (Model 124CM shown in picture)
