Since it’s founding in 1950, Doyon Baking Equipment has been family owned and operated. This family business sells, manufactures, and repairs bakery equipment worldwide. In order to maintain its leadership position in the baking and food service industries, Doyon follows market trends and needs to better serve customers. Their goal is exceptional products and customer service. They meet these goals by creating machines that bake more evenly, utilize minimum space, and are energy efficient. During the 1990’s they saw another expansion of their company into the pizza oven market, which includes warmers, ovens, and display cabinets.
