Description
Somerset's dough roller is one of their most advanced units with ergonomic design and 20'' rollers. The all-in-front operation and the simple handle adjustments for exact uniform dough thickness increase production and convinence. The entire unit is built of sanitary, heavy duty stainless steel. To make cleaning less of a task, the spring loaded scrapers can be easily removed. The large hopper accepts large pieces of dough and rolls out with an even thickness. Safety sensors are incorporated into the unit for automatic shutoff. Produces 500 to 600 pieces per hour. Perfect for pizza, calzones, pie crust, pita bread, and tortillas.
