Description

The commercial dough roller has a compact design, perfect for restaurants and bakeries with limited space. The unit is constructed of heavy duty stainless steel, making the dough roller sanitary and extremely durable. Dough build up is eliminated by the synthetic rollers. This unit also comes with a safety sensor for automatic shut off. The drive mechanism is completely maintenance free and isolated from the rolling area.
